About the Development

This project in Windsor Park, Monkstown involved the refurbishment of an existing four-bedroom home alongside the construction of two new semi-detached houses on the adjoining site. The development reflects a considered approach to maximising the potential of the site while maintaining consistency in design and quality across all three homes.

The original house was extended into the attic level, creating additional living space with elevated views towards Killiney Hill. The two new homes were designed to complement the existing property while responding to the constraints and opportunities of the corner site.

Across all three houses, the focus was on delivering a high standard of finish, with carefully selected materials, bespoke joinery and strong attention to detail throughout. The result is a cohesive development of well-designed homes within an established residential setting.
